Sir Winston S. Churchill Typed Signed Letter
A typed letter signed as a Member of Parliament, on official Board of Trade stationary (with imprinted seal upper left). The letter reads in full… “Dear Mr Wason, I am sorry not to have been able to send a further reply sooner to your letter of the 23rd of October. I have now received an answer from the North British Railway Company to Mr Waddell’s complaints, and I enclose a copy of it, which I hope you will find satisfactory. Yours very truly, Winston S. Churchill.”
The letter is signed in light black ink pen (signature is a shade light).
The unframed letter measures 5”x8”. Dated December 1, 1908.
A museum-quality frame is included in the price, with acid-free cloth mattes, wrapped edges, and UV Plexiglass. The frame is not new, and has some minor wear and scratches, but is in good enough shape to hang on your wall.
