20″ x 16″ black & white photograph of Muhammad Ali standing overSonny Liston, signed in silver paint pen by Muhammad Ali.

This famous “Phantom Punch” photograph was taken on May 25, 1965, during the second Ali vs. Liston heavyweight title fight held in Lewiston, Maine.

Sold with a Certificate of Authenticity from independent third-party authenticator James Spence Authentication.  

PLEASE NOTE: This photo is sold UNFRAMED.  We have removed it from the frame that it is pictured in so that we could make sure that the photo is in good condition.  So it is sold unframed.  If you are interested in having it framed here in Aspen, we would be happy to coordinate that for you.
