The CD for Widespread Panic’s 2001 album “Don’t Tell The Band”, autographed on the front cover in black marker by all six original members of Widespread Panic: John Bell, John Hermann, Michael Houser, Todd Nance, Domingo Ortiz, and Dave Schools.
Signed on June 21, 2001 at Twist & Shout record store in Denver, Colorado as part of an in-store appearance and autograph session held days after the release of the album, just before a three-night stand at Red Rocks Amphitheater.
This CD was signed two days after it was released. It was one of the nicest sets of signatures from that signing, and one of the best that we have seen.
WSP Lead Guitarist Mike Houser wrote the title song “Don’t Tell The Band”.
This was his last album – he passed away from cancer a year later.
