Description

A one-page typed letter dated April 12, 1995 from Chaim Herzog to United States Senator Daniel P. Moynihann, signed at the conclusion in felt-tip pen “Vivian” by Chaim Herzog.  (Vivian was Herzog’s nickname).

The 8.25″ x 11.5″ letter reads in full:

“Dear Pat,
I am in receipt of your letter dated March 13, 1995 concerning your activities in regard to your position and standing of Jerusalem. It is encouraging to see that a step forward has been made.
Aura joins me in sending best wishes to Liz and yourself.”

In fine condition, with numerical filing stamps and notations from Moynihan’s office at the top.
